Iran to Roll Out Domestic Internet

Iran has been known to be a government that controls everything and watches its country very closely. There are other countries that watch their citizens very much in the same way and monitor everything they do.

China is a good example. Many Chinese people cannot do a lot of the things we take for granted here in the US. Well, following suit with China, Iran has begun filtering its users Internet access. Rumors have come about that Iran is developing “Domestic Internet”. While Iran denies these reports to be true, there are still reports that indicate this could happen as soon as March of 2013. Many claims are also floating around indicating that Google and its services (Gmail, YouTube, etc.) have been removed from Iran’s Internet as well.
